When will my prints ship?

Orders ship within 5 - 7 business days. Each print is made to order and this time frame allows for quality assurance.

What is the difference between photo paper and canvas prints?

Photo prints are traditional prints made on Kodak Endura lustre “E” paper and are guaranteed archival. Lustre prints feature a balance of rich colors and minimal sheen. Photo prints ship unframed in a protective mailer.

Canvas prints are a “ready-to-hang” option and are considered fine art prints. They’re printed directly onto museum-quality canvas using archival inks. The canvas is then stretched and stapled onto an eco-wood bar frame.

What print size should I choose?

If you have a location in mind for a particular print but aren’t sure about size, it may be helpful to measure the space and use masking tape to mark a couple of different size options. If you’re planning to order an unframed paper print, keep in mind the additional dimensions for your mat and frame choice.

What is the return policy?

I stand by the quality of my prints, and want you to be happy with your order. If you don’t love your fine art photographic print, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I can arrange a return or an exchange. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective print, please notify me within 7 days of receipt so that a new print can be expedited to you at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is a top priority, and I rely on word of mouth for my business.
